“Access to the back parking is best. The home is clean, well appointed Kitchen (with all of the basics), comfortable and centrally located. We enjoyed our stay at Will’s Place. This property will be on our list of return to when we visit our friends in Coos Bay again. Pet Friendly made it possible to travel with our fur Babies.”

“Everything was fine except.... The dishwashing detergent provided was useless! It took a huge amount of it to even begin to remove any fat from the dishes. Junk! At home, we use a generic brand that works well, but not this. UGH!! The little cottage was cute, the view was amazing! Overall, we had a good time. “I chose this place for its location near Mingus Park and the fact that it looked quiet. It was one of the best appointed rentals I’ve stayed at—every little thing I needed and went looking for could be found (except a pen or pencil). It smelled better than many coast motels or rentals—you know the smell I mean. It was a little bit hard to find and I arrived in drizzle, so I was a bit grumpy about that. “We booked this place because of good reviews however once we arrived it was very disappointing. The neighborhood felt sketchy. The apartment itself was dar from being clean. It has thick layers of dust on the ceiling fans and bedroom windows, oily residues on the kitchen cabinets, one bedroom had a squeaky bed, the other bedroom didn’t have much space between the bed and the wall. The garbage disposal in kitchen wasn’t working either. The pros were that the kitchen was well equipped and the……

“This is a great spot for a getaway in the Coos Bay Area. Close to the downtown area, and a a short drive to beautiful state beaches as well as dunes. Very spacious and comfortable. Margaret was super responsive. We especially enjoyed the outdoor deck area. Highly recommend this property!”
