“The stay was unfortunately quite disappointing and did not meet expectations based on the listing. The property was not presented in a clean or well-maintained condition on arrival, with several areas clearly overlooked. Basic amenities were below standard like dirty towels and hair in the bedsheets, which made the stay uncomfortable. There was an abundance of flies within the building which was very uneasing...Overall, the experience felt poor value for money and did not align with what was……

“We booked this stay specifically because it had a spa, but unfortunately, the spa was dirty and completely non-functional. The barbecue was also dirty, and we had to use foil just to be able to use it.We were aware that the property had only one bathroom, but for a 3-bedroom house that accommodates up to 7 people, the bathroom needs to have a functioning lock for basic privacy.
