"A great little house with an ideal size garden. The location is great as it is by a small river that runs into the sea. The beach is literally 2 minutes walk. Lovely beach which our dogs thoroughly enjoyed. The house itself was clean and the beds very comfortable. The owner was lovely and very helpful, and the house met all our needs. Just a shame we didn't have time to stay longer."

"This is such a lovely villa in an excellent location with stunning views and walks in the hills. Access to Gandia beach and València are easy and quite quick so a car is essential. The property is lovely and spacious and the fans in the bedrooms are really good. The outside space and pool are brilliant and clean and tidy. The kitchen is tidy and had most of the essential items but could do with a few more of the basicsOverall a really lovely property that we would recommend to anyone. "
