"2 nights stay and although we booked b&b we were able to book dinner on the evening we arrived. The hosts were charming and made us feel very welcome. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and accessible, even on the first floor via a very narrow staircase. As 80 year olds we were cautious on the stairs but no problems. The breakfast was fine and sufficient. The location was perfect for us. We were able to visit the chateaux of the Listrac and also Pauillac very easily."

COMO Cordeillan‑Bages

"We had a wonderful stay at COMO Cordeillan‑Bages, where the staff were kind and helpful. The hotel has just been recently renovated with a modern yet elegant design, with new furniture that are high quality and complements the original design of the chateau. The food at the hotel's restaurant Le Cordeillan was outstanding, with interesting and adventurous flavours that work well together with the fresh produce. The hotel's full wine list is worth exploring, with rare wines that are hard to find elsewhere yet also offering great value, such as the Auxey-Duresses 1er Cru Domaine Roulot that we had with our meal. The pastries at breakfast are excellent, especially the freshly made croissants which are best enjoyed outside with the view of the hotel's own vineyard."

"Everything to love (nothing to complain about). Parking outside hotel, hotel in front of the beach and next to the town, very friendly helpful staff, big room with hairdryer, excellent shower and separate toilet and private terrace overlooking courtyard garden. Pet friendly (10€extra) Good restaurants nearby and everything you want within walking distance. Loved this hotel and will return."

"It seems that there is rarely someone at the reception desk after 18:00...therefore, there was no one ask for information on things. Also there was no ice machine at the hotel. With that said, overall we liked the place, and are likely to return. Lovely location, impressive entrance, with a huge vineyard in the backyard, right in the middle of the "road of many chateaus". The room, along with the bathroom were both very spacious, with King-sized bed, high-quality mattress and pillows. The breakfast was excellent quality too."

"The property is in a great location, close to the beach and only about 20 minutes walk from the center of town. The apartments are well equipped, functional though small. The pool area and surrounding woodland area is lovely. Staff are friendly and helpful."

"We had the most amazing time staying in Estelle’s chateau. She was a brilliant host - giving us a tour of the property including the history - and helped me with ideas for an itinerary for our trip.We had 19 adults and 1 baby stay - the chateau was even better than pictured - incredibly beautiful, all the rooms were clean and well appointed, and the facilities were great for hosting such a large party (kitchen utensils, pool towels, bbq etc.). I also highly recommend doing the wine tour with Estelle as we learned so much from her about tasting and production.I will think of any excuse to come back and do the whole thing again! Thank you again Estelle!"
