「We had a great stay at the house. There was plenty of room for us all to hang out together, and also plenty of room for us to have our space to spread out to do our own thing. The house was clean and comfy and communication with the host was speedy and helpful. I would prefer a few more items for baking such as cookie sheets, baking pans etc as the kitchen was great to cook in, however the essentials were available.」

「We stayed here for a few nights after our wedding and the property was definitely big enough for more than just the two of us, but it was a perfect, secluded location for us to enjoy together. Close enough to town, but far enough that you don’t see your neighbors, this beautiful cabin is the ideal location for a mountain getaway. We will definitely consider staying again, maybe with a group of friends next time!」

「Everyone in our group loved the kitchen / dining room & the house worked great for our larger group’s ski base camp prior to a hut trip. Plenty of space, great location near downtown Leadville, and fun funky touches everywhere. The hosts were quick to respond & super easy to communicate with. 」

「We like the way this home has modern updates in the kitchen and bathrooms without losing any of the Victorian feel. The location was fantastic. We could walk to museums and dinner. The railroad was our favorite activity and we were in easy walking distance to the train depot, too. We would definitely stay here again.」

「It is my 2nd stay in this property and I've stayed in Leadville in many ABnbs. The space is great and plenty of room, though my party is small. The kitchen is stocked and upgraded. Main living space is great. The shower is a bit dated but is fine for my use. It is great to have the fenced backyard, though upkeep could be improved (grass is up to a foot long) and maybe add some basic deck furniture. Overall was another great stay and will look to book again.」

「A very close walk to downtown Leadville and the Mineral Belt Trail. A nice park across the street with spectacular views of Mount Massive and Mount Elbert. The name used for the property is a little confusing because there are nearby streets with the same names and they are not relevant to the property.」

「The tiny house is an excellent concept, stayed with my two 14 year old daughters for 3 day ski trip and experience was five star- from pricing, to check in, to check out. Within walking distance of restaurants in Leadville, and 5 min drive to Safeway grocery store. House was equipped with everything one needs and very weak kept and very clean. Fully recommend it!」
