Thankfully i had kept my luggage closed the first night, and was able to heat treat it upon booking to another hotel in the area after checking out immediately...”

“Marco was very helpful in checking us in and orienting us to Trieste. He had helpful suggestions about local restaurants and bars. I was having trouble with my WhatsApp and he was incredibly patient as worked it out! The flat was very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated and the bed was quite comfortable with plenty of covers. The flat was well-located, near transportation, restaurants, and bars, and with a bakery on the street below. We very much enjoyed our stay here!”

“This property was not what we expected. Air conditioning was advertised yet it was only offered at an additional cost of 10 euro per day. We’ve not encountered this anywhere else we’ve stayed.
Expedia advertised that there was a fridge and clothes washer. Neither were present in the room. Not appropriate!
We were told that there a fridge in the office but that could only be utilised on request but not accessed after 6.30pm as the office would then be closed.
Our bedroom was sparsely furnished……
