As the description states, it is a perfectly located condo. It was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable. We have been to the island several times and stayed in a hotel and this was so much nicer and comfortable. Dean was a great host, very responsive.

Amazing property with a great location, and amazing and very responsive host (Dean). He even reached out to us knowing there were flight issues on the island before we did and offering help. If you're looking for a place to stay on St. Kitts, I doubt you'll find better than this property. The property is very nice, with all modern appliances and amenities, great air con and wifi, and located conveinent walking distance to Frigate Bay, local restaurants and bars, and 20min walk to RAMS grocery store. Highly recommend!!

The place was perfect for my family of 5. Spacious with high ceiling, very comfortable. I would highly recommend it and we would be using it again on our next visit. Dean was very helpful and very quick to answer all oir inquiries anytime of the day. Thanks Dean.
