「They told us on route to the airport the house was not available and we could stay elsewhere.We tried to cancel but VRBO dragged their feet and after 2 nights in hotel rooms we took up the offer rather than lose all our money. The alternate place was nice but no view or place to sit in the sun without paying 50 US dollars a day for a club 10 minute walk from house. Disappointed with the experience with VRBO to say the least.」

「The description and photos of the property did not match the actual property. When we arrived there was no furniture on the deck, no microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, or grill. There was only one pint drinking glass, and one 10 ounce tumbler glass. There was no ice maker or kitchen island. There was flatware for only two people, including a steak knife that had paint residue on it from opening a paint can. The wireless internet was weak since it was being fed from the upstairs...
