“The Good: The apartment itself is beautiful, exceptionally spacious, and fully equipped with everything you need for a multi-day stay. The central location is fantastic, allowing you to easily walk everywhere. What Needs Improvement: - Air Conditioning: While the unit does have AC, it unfortunately struggles to keep up when it is very hot outside. Especially the primary bedroom. - Communication: Interacting with the host was frustrating. I sent several messages through Expedia prior to……

“We made a very last minute booking around 6pm to stay that night. The staff were so accommodating to help us out and nothing was a problem for them. We were met at night by a member of staff and taken to the apartment which was so beautiful and very comfortable. The place was very clean. Such a comfortable master bedroom and a great size sofa bed in the lounge. Washing machine available but we didn’t need to use it. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Verona. Recommend……

“The location of this apartment is excellent - just steps from the Verona Arena. The building has an elevator, the check‑in instructions were clear, and communication through WhatsApp was responsive. The kitchen area was also well equipped. However, I’m writing this review so future guests don’t experience what we did. We booked a two‑bedroom apartment months in advance.
