The pros: Mostly friendly staff. Clean renovated room although the HVAC system brings in a lot of dust. Access to heat or AC in the room was awesome. Safe parking. Habitué de cet etablissment et jamais déçu. Mais cette fois ci je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre au fond de l'hôtel, sombre, moquette tachée, manque d’entretien. loin de ce que l’on attend d’un 4 étoiles...
