The apartment is a T1 (studio with separate sleeping area) of 30m2, with a large terrace of 15m2 which is a real plus, superb sea view of the island of Elba and the island of Monte Cristo.
The building is new (2026) one in a quiet and wooded environment, and nevertheless a few minutes walk from the city center.
A covered and secure parking lot is available to guests. Be careful, no vehicles over 1.95m to enter the garage, otherwise you have to park outside.
The apartment is well equipped: fitted kitchen, air conditioning, washing machine, television and Wi-FI.

This accommodations are suitable for 2 people, however a comfortable sofa bed can accommodate 1 or 2 other people, possibly for one or two nights, but not for a longer stay.
