Avevo prenotato 3 stanze di cui 1 con un neonato, ho chiesto una scaldino per la stanza e me ne è stato dato 1 ma questo non funzionava. Box doccia con porta cadente e tanti altri disagi. Gestione superficiale e approssimativa. 」
