Great surroundings facing the sea and bridge. Nice huge room. Buggy service to ferry guests around is great as it is a large compound with steep slopes. Furniture a bit old. Food and beverage in hotel needs major upgrade in terms of quality.

"Lots of potential waiting to be unleashed"
Its a large resort that's well maintained. But the service staff and the quality of service/ food/ facilities need some sprucing up. It has a lot of potential if only they get the human factor up to scratch. For eg. the bedding and towels have seen better days. The spa facilities have seen better days and the masseurs are not even in uniform! The staff have great attitude just lacking in the service trainings for a consistent experience. There are lots of facilities on the resort, so it can be an all-in-one resort. Its such a shame to see a lovely well built facility just rot away. I hope the management takes things seriously and allow this resort to reach its full potential.

The dinning area chair cushion mostly stained. Best to change all or not have them.

Quite disappointed
Location ok. Hotel pools were in bad conditions,dirty. Room amenities is disappointing. Towels is dirty looking. Bedsheet is dirty. Breakfast is a joke. We came for breakfast very early around 6.45am and the food was cold. Bird's were feeding the bread and no staff were attending the bread section. Only 1 staff were there at the front. Not all food were ready even by 0700 am.
Harris Barelang management must wake up.

다시 오고싶지않은...
처음 로비에.들어왔을때 정말 좋았음. 방에 입실하였는데 85불 짜리 방을 예약했는데 40불짜리 방을 줬으며, 3시도 넘었음에도 불구하고 체크인 하는데 30분정도 걸렸음(방청소 안되어 있었고 방앞에는 이전 사람이 묶고 먹었던 그릇도 저녁 늦게까지 안치워져 있었음). 수영장을 갔는데 사진에 있는 수영장은 모두 폐쇄되어있엇는데 타올은 거기서 받는 말도 안되는 상황이 발생함. 프론트직원은 영어를 굉장히 잘했지만 나머지 직원들은 거의 못함. 아침식사 또한 굉장히 별로였으며, 빵위에는 파리가 많이 앉아 있어 먹다가 나옴. 방 상태 또한 그렇게 깨끗하지 않앗지만 지낼만은 했음.

Nice resort near to the beach
We were welcome by very cheerful and friendly staffs of the resort. We booked a suite and we were assigned a beach facing suite and the view is spectacular. Our children love the suite as well. The resort has a clean private beach as the staffs were seen walking around to ensure no rubbish lying around. We even seen staffs sweeping the dried fallen leaves and cleaning up other areas. The staffs know we were here for birthday celebrations and they showed up at our room with a cake and sing birthday song. Was surprised by the gesture. However the hotel forget to ask whose birthday we were celebrating and they wrote my name instead (I'm not the birthday person). Perhaps the staffs can ask for the name of the birthday person in the future. :) We had an enjoyable stay. Thank you.
