「The property is adorable! Very nice, every thing was new and comfortable. The bed was so soft and snuggly. The air conditioner worked well. The hot tub pavilion area was our favorite with string lights and rocking chairs. Such a relaxing way to connect. To note- the hot tub area is shared between two properties. Was not an issue at all, but I didn’t realize it when I booked. There is absolutely no service as well (we enjoyed that aspect, but again something to note!). We will definitely be back!」

「The listing photos are older and don’t do justice to the actual room. The updates they’ve made are beautiful and not only meet practical needs, but also create a calm, serene atmosphere. The bed was honestly the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept on!Outside, the full-size gas grill and grilling utensils were a great feature that we fully took advantage of during our stay. Because of the heat, we didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub. Communication with our host, Jacqi, was prompt, friendly,...

「The comforter had hair left on it from people before; there were stains on the bedding; a paint can was left out near a bed; the blinds didn't have the wand needed to open and close; and it was not considered "clean" by any of us who stayed there. The pictures used for the property did not show any of these flaws. The host did not respond to my message sent 9 days prior to our stay, and waited till the last day to forward instructions on how to enter the property.I do not fault Vrbo for our...

「Most everything was good. I do recommend correcting the upward slope on the top of the step from the living area to the bedroom area. 「It was a wonderful conversion, how ever they have an extra large chair on the property and people just kept walking up, interrupting conversion on the deck attached. There is also ZERO SHADE on the deck. Hard to enjoy with heat and people constantly park right next to the place you're paying high$$$$ and zero privacy. The bed was so bad I slept in my vehicle!! Definitely upgrades and attention to detail lacking. Thumbs down 150%!!!! Will not revisit!」

「Danny is a good communicator. I had quite a few questions prior to arrival that he answered quickly. The parking in front of our room wasn't ideal for two motorcycles due to the loose gravel and awkward transition from the street to the parking area, but we made it work. The room was bright and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchenette was a nice perk. If we decide to go down to Grafton again, I will definitely look into staying here.」
