Welcome to the little blue house @ Batemans Bay.

A delightful four-bedroom, one-bathroom home that offers the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation.

Nestled within walking distance of the town center and conveniently positioned across from the Marina, this residence promises a memorable coastal getaway. The proximity to the town center ensures that you're just a stroll away from exploring local shops, dining, and entertainment options.

The Marina, situated directly across from the home, presents a view that adds a touch of maritime charm to your stay. Whether you're a fan of boating, enjoy watching vessels come and go, or simply appreciate the tranquility of the waterfront, this residence offers a unique perspective on coastal living.

The kitchen stands ready to cater to your adventures. Well-stocked and fully equipped.

The backyard is a haven of relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. Fully fenced for your peace of mind. A large paved area offers the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings.

For those with a boat in tow, you'll be delighted to find plenty of parking space that can accommodate your maritime companion. This convenience ensures that your nautical adventures are always within reach.

We really enjoyed our stay at the little blue house. It's in a great location for a 20 min walk into the town center along a waterside path. We scootered in half the time, but you could also bike. The house was easily large enough for our party of 2 adults and 3 kids. Off street parking was great, as was the size of the living room and kitchen. The second shower was a real plus. There were some areas for the owners to consider such as only having 1 mirror in the whole house. There is also no hanging space in any bedroom and the kitchen has some things missing like cutting boards. Although the listing says air conditioning, there is only one unit in the main living areas with ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We stayed in April, I think the bedrooms could become unbearable for some in summer. The other area that some may struggle with is the vicinity of house to the road, it is quite noisy in the mornings. Those aside we enjoyed our stay.
