The central location means you give up quiet. With windows open was quite noisy, but the location made it worthwhile. It was a proper apartment with full kitchen facilities.

Location was great. Hiding Space staff were lovely - v responsive & accommodating. Nice toiletries. Good WiFi. Very clean. Overall, we were really happy with the apartment. If I had to find negatives, I’d say the beds were narrow & the apartment was quite noisy. The decorating made the place look messy (& played havoc with my friend’s asthma) but in fairness, we had been notified of the ongoing work.

The room itself is well-equipped and comfortable. Check-in was slightly confusing as the instructions on the screen did not match the instructions sent via email. There also happened to be renovations going on, which we had to go around while dragging luggages up three flights of slightly narrow stairs.

Excellent property n location.. when we entered the property it had sensor lights in corridor which was narrow and dark, however as we opened the room it was like being transported to another place.. the information from the reservation/check-in team was warm n very helpful with a personal touch. Will love to be back..

Good location, walking distance to train station and coach station. A bus stop and supermarket are right down stairs. Things are clean and in good conditions. It is also near key things to see, such as Roman Bath and shopping areas. It would be even better if they have a washer in the room.

Entrance and hallway a little tired, fantastic location for the City just remember the noise from nearby pubs and early rubbish lorry if you stay there in hot weather as you will need the windows fully open , no aircon. Host very quick to resolve issues .

While the room itself was fine, the entire building was being painted while we were there and the paint fumes were unpleasant. There were two full jars of Dolmio pasta sauce sitting in the hallway for the entire duration of our stay which was weird. The building's entrance opens directly onto a busy bus stop which had a crowd of chain smoking, seedy looking types there at all hours. This meant emerging into a cloud of cigarette smoke when leaving and feeling vulnerable when entering the code into the door when returning. The room catches the afternoon sun so it gets quite hot. The street below is quite noisy when the windows are open. The only cooling option provided is a very noisy floor fan. Neither option is conducive to a restful night's sleep.

So easy Check in was very smooth and quick. The room wasn't very clean and it was a home away from home. My husband and I had a lovely break in Bath and we would recommend this apartment to everyone we know. We had a problem with the blind but told the head office and it was fixed there and then

I just love staying here and the rooms without a washing machine are quieter and face back streets BUT disappointed no decaf coffee pods and no drinks to buy like other apartments? As you have to buy, why not have in all rooms ?

Plenty of facilities in the apartment. Information shared prior to booking should state that the apartments do not have sound proofed windows and the noise from the pubs below and nearby is quite significant into the eary hours.
