The Space:
As you exit the elevator on the second floor, this luxurious apartment awaits to your right hand side. Enter the hallway into a spacious, open plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room. Tastefully furnished and fully equipped, this is a wonderful space to rest with a glass of your favourite tipple or cook a delicious meal.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, stove top, washer/dryer, dishwasher, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. The dining area comfortably seats four people, and the sitting area provides comfortable seating, a smart TV and mood lighting.

Walking down to the other side of the hallway you will find a bedroom with a luxuriant superking sized bed (or the option of 2 singles) and full ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom has a superking sized bed that can be split into two singles upon request, drawers and a full ensuite bathroom. High speed Wifi is available throughout the apartment.

Please note that due to restrictive spaces in the bedrooms a travel cot (that must be requested), can only be erected in the living room.

Guest Access:
Guests have full, private access to the entire apartment.

Getting Around:
Parking is available in the nearby city car parks; Charlotte Street, Avon Street or Southgate. We highly recommend the Just Park app too. This apartment is centrally located and within walking distance of the top city sights including the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey and the Thermae Spa.

Other Things to Note:
This apartment is situated on the second floor. An elevator is available. There are no stairs inside the apartment.
