“Hotel Retro was a great boutique hotel in Batumi. Well located in the Old Town and by the harbour, within easy walking distance of much of what the city has to offer. My room was clean and modern with all the amenities that I could need. There was also a great choice of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. I would absolutely recommend staying here if in Batumi.”

“Great apart-hotel...room was big and clean, staff were really helpful, location was good, near the stadium. Can be a little annoying waiting for the elevator, specially if you are on a high floor as I was...but I think this is pretty common for all the high rise hotels in batumi. Overall has great stay there, and for the price, would definitely stay there again on next trip there.”

“The check-in didn't work out smoothly but I can forgive this. The room price is reasonable but the toilet has a bad smell of mould which is a major problem. ”

“Everything was great, convenient location, parking, wonderful staff, everyone was friendly, the rooms were cozy, but the bathtub had a crack in the bottom and was covered with adhesive film. Taking a bath was uncomfortable, it felt like you could push your foot through the film and fall in if you didn't pay attention. Everything was just great! I hope you replace the bathtub!”

“It's a nice place, very close to the sea, beautiful parks, and a Japanese garden. However, if you're looking for a quiet stay, this may not be the best choice. We had to deal with very loud and noisy guests, and the hotel was unable to resolve the situation.”

“In general, everything was fine. There were some inconveniences that made the experience worse, but I did not pay that much for the property, so I wasn’t expecting anything over the top. However, there was a weird smell somewhere in the room and the property management never got back to me on it. Also, when we moved in, there was no toilet paper, no dishwashing soap, no detergent, and the kitchen appliances were very limited overall. Other than that, the price is fair for this property”
