NUMBER 99 is the perfect seaside accommodation for that romantic getaway for two or a fun vacation with family and friends.

This two bedroom, modern and cosy cottage is situated just one road back from the sea at the quiet seaside town of Baudin Beach. Take a short stroll and you are on the white-sandy beach enjoying a swim!

I very comfortable house with everything we needed. Close to Penneshaw an easy drive to everything on the island. Baudin Beach is quiet and the family enjoyed sitting on the back deck. The beds were super comfy.

Very clean and tidy property with great location!

Beautiful house! The property was super clean and tidy, with everything you need for cooking! Comfortable bed, a nice couch to chill and relax! The deck is big with nice view, but we didn’t really use it as it has been cold. Only few minutes walking to a peaceful beach, and 10 minutes drive to Penneshaw for supply! Thanks again for having us!

Great Beach Cottage

This was the perfect place for the two of us and our old mutt who enjoyed the secure back deck. Great location, good walks along the coast, really quiet and peaceful with kangaroos in the back yard. Clean, neat, tidy and well appointed - highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

99 Baudin Beach - a lovely little beach house to stay, especially if you have dogs

This was our first trip to Kangaroo Island whilst travelling with our Cavoodle puppy. We were very impressed by our accommodation at 99 Baudin Beach. Our puppy and us felt very comfortable. The place was very organised. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back to stay here again.

Great facilities for in a small cozy unit

Bright, comfortable very peaceful place to stay. Toilets, showers clean, kitchen well supplied, coffee pods available), you'll be cooking for yourself on kangaroo island and this place is perfectly fine for that. bedroom is comfortable (our sheets weren't change from previous, but a quick brush and it was OK). One of the slide door locks was broken, so house could not be locked, but we weren't too fussed as we met the neighbours who seemed very nice. Great for star gazing, minimal light pollution in the area. Kangaroos nearby in the morning, close to the boat ramp and great ocean views.
