「The kitchen was not stocked very well. The dishwasher was broken and therefore we were without it for our whole 11 night stay. Also we had no connection for the tv for our whole 11 night stay. After several calls to staff we did not have any success getting either and no discount was offered. So, was it a fair price, no it was not. 」

「This is a great property and the Host is amazing! The photos online reflect the property accurately. The house was really clean and bright with lots of windows! It is about a 2km walk from the Mary Brown Centre and we are seniors and was able to do this walk on a regular basis. There is a grocery store and Subway just around the corner. We really liked the property and it suited us yo a T. 」

「The house is in nice location. Had issues with the door lock but the owner quickly replaced it when we advised. The house is very clean and has quality bedding and towels. The supplies in kitchen are minimal and no instructions on how to use the RokuTV, which was a challenge. Also not aware that tenants also occupied a portion of the basement, which was not expecting. Overall it is a nice house.」

「We had a great experience at this property. It was located minutes from the airport, the property was very clean and spotless. There were many amenities on hand, and our host was more than willing supply what we needed, if anything. Everything was as shown on the photos and descriptions. Thank you so much. "一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望."
