"I wait until 5pm to check-in, and the last day, the house cleaning knock on my door wanted to clean the room at 9am, I believe the Hotel may lack of manpower, except this everything is fine, I enjoy the stay."

"Cleaning ladies were not good. My wife had two days waited until 3pm without anyone to clean up the room. After quested, the room was cleaned coarsely, toilet consumable and tea bag wss not refilled. Used tea cups were not replaced or cleaned."

Great room for family
"Great location and very clean. Well equipped spacious apartment with all cookeries , dish washing machine, coffee machine etc The beds are very soft . The only issue is the house keeping arrangement. We are not sure when will they clean the room, WhatsApp the general enquiry and they are not so sure ..."

"Lovely apartment and really clean. A few scratches on the walls but overall the rooms are well kept. Friendly staff at reception and at the restaurant. We had a lovely meal and food was well presented and plenty of selection of drinks."

服務親切，整體cp值超高
"是這趟旅程中住過最滿意的地方，房間空間很寬敞，有自己的小廚房，可以微波也可以煮些熱食，提供的早餐也很多樣，雖然過了早餐用餐時間還是會讓客人繼續用餐，不會像有間飯店時間一到員工就把東西全部收走，不管你是不是還在用餐。這裡的員工服務也都很好而且親切，雖然不在車站附近不過搭地鐵再走路不到5分鐘就能抵達飯店，早上還能走路到萊茵河畔散步，下次如果還有機會一定會再選擇這間入住。"
