「When we checked in the reception was nice . The room was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. The owner was not friendly. I could not get any Wifi signal in our room. So bad. Only in the lobby.」

「We spent one night at this hotel and loved it. We arrived early and one of our rooms was already ready, which was very convenient. Simple rooms but with everything. The spa is also great, and the restaurant is excellent. Everything went great and we will definitely stay here again whenever we come to this area. Only thing that could be improved is that the pool temperature was not very warm (definitely not 35 degrees), so it was a bit cold for the cool weather.」

「A very pleasant and comfortable stay overall. The hotel is well located and easy to reach, with a parking garage directly connected to the building and shopping facilities right outside the door. Everything feels surprisingly spacious, probably because the hotel is located in an area that feels more like a commercial or industrial district than the centre of Locarno.
