"This is a great old historic hotel! Lovely lobby to sit by the fire and relax at the end of a long day. Or in the morning with your coffee. Kind, friendly and professional staff. Lovely room and bathroom. Nice towels and nice soap, lotion, etc. "

"Best part about the hotel is the night auditor Stephanie, she has amazing customer service skills and i keep returning because she impresses me every time. Rooms are clean and medium firm beds, good wifi, good black out curtains, windows can be opened in the room, close to union square close to subway and cable cars! Wheel chair accessible hotel"
