This house is all about the back porch view and great location! Enjoy a fabulous view of the ICW and beach from the back deck here at The House of Views. Just a 3 mile drive to the beach, or a few minute boat ride to the ICW, this home is perfect for those looking to spend time out on the water! With a brand new kitchen and comfortable bedrooms, plus a huge yard and large back deck, there are great options for relaxing inside or out! This newly updated home is ready to host your small family or group of friends.

wonderful little place
we took a quick anniversary trip to sargent and stayed in this cute little canal house. Perfect little getaway for a couple or family. Very peaceful. Many thanks to the host. They even surprised us with a little gift for our anniversary:) perfection!
