「Clean, spacious, and close proximity to the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit for s'mores. My family of five had a wonderful time and would stay again!」

「We have stayed here several times and it's terrific. The house is spacious and right on the beach. Bedrooms have private bathrooms/ beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Large outside deck with hot tub is a plus!!」

「We are already talking about when we can return to Livermore cottage. Cape Arch is breath taking and the cottage is the perfect place to take a break from the world. The views of the ocean from the livingroom, the record player, board games, piano, comfy beds and a hosts who are clearly incredibly organized and thoughtful have included everything for your stay. This house feels loved and we felt so lucky to get to stay in it. 」

「Oceanside is a beautiful place! This house worked out perfectly because it had a studio like apartment in the basement for my son and his wife and then the main house had a loft and two other bedrooms, bath and laundry. There is no TV, but the views are so incredible, I didn’t mind. We were able to watch the blood moon eclipse from the two decks that overlook the ocean. There was a small repair that needed to be done, but it could have waited till after we left. I let management know and they...

「Lovely home in a fantastic location with breathtaking views. The beach is a hop, skip, and a jump away, and very calm and quiet—perfect for kids. (The outdoor shower is also so convenient for post-beach cleanup!) 「This property is amazing - the location and views are excellent and most everything about the property was perfect. The kitchen / living room had most of what anyone could need for a stay with cooking. The fire pit and adirondack chairs are also great and comfortable - very inviting. 2 items that could be improved are:- communication during the stay could be improved- it’s unclear if we should have communicated via Vrbo or directly and so an inquiry regarding a propane tank when I answered for a...
