Room was clean but older, the staff did not speak English well and seemed annoyed when asked for anything. You can only check in at 5pm no earlier and no where to leave your luggage. We'll located.

Det er det skønneste lille hyggelige hotel midt i byen. Ejerne var super hjælp å Më. Vi to en nat ekstra fordi da jeg var så dejligt. Den hyggeligste lille gårdhave.

This hotel had a great location. The room was quite small and the bathroom tiny. The bathroom did have some mold in the shower/bathroom ceiling but it may be because there was no air conditioning. I guess I did not read it well, but no air conditioning so it was hot in our room. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

First of all Bayeaux is one of the most charming towns we visited in France. The location of the Declic hotel is the best in town. You are across the street from the weekly massive market. The market was better than most I've seen in big cities--fresh fish, freshly baked bread, fruit and vegetables galore, tons of cooked food, cheese, meats and lots of hot prepared food too. The main street is perfect for a morning or evening stroll. The hotel host is charming and funny. We really enjoyed our stay there. The shower was quite good too which isn't always the case in Europe. No AC, and small room but the fan and open window kept us cool and comfortable. Definitely worth a visit and the price is right!

This is such a cute boutique hotel. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It's rare to find a king bed in any hotel in Europe but this was very nice! Everything was in good working order. Front desk staff was helpful and very sweet. We didn't partake in the daily paid breakfast so I cannot comment on that but it's at a great location nearby an amazing boulangerie, grocery and restaurants. While there isn't A/C, the large window allowed for ample breeze in the evenings and a fan was also supplied. Wish we could have spent more time here and would definitely stay again. Very happy with our choice.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel was great!! The room was very clean and it was located in a part of town with lots of amenities. It is an older building which had been renovated with lots of uneven areas - stepping down into bedrooms or up into bathrooms - should be noted for older visitors. The customer service could have improved. We had a blow dryer start smoking and was told it could not be replaced as a service person was required, it was the weekend and they did not have a spare plug-in hairdryer. We could not understand why a hairdryer could not have been purchased for our use and the use of future visitors. We were repeatedly told it was new and nothing could be done that time. Reception was only available from 5-10 pm and spoke limited English.

Bra läge. Fanns parkeringsmöjligheter lite längre bort. Trevlig marknad på lördagen. Mysig stad. Personalen var trevlig. Rummen var bra, rent och underbara sängar. Dock hade trapphuset och receptionen en hostelkänsla och kom med lukt av tobak. Passar inte om du har svårt att bära väskorna eller svårigheter att gå i trappor. Kan man bortse från detta kan jag rekommendera detta boende.
