「Very attentive host. The place could use some improvements.」

「All was well」

「First impressions matter—absolutely no parking near the home for nearly an hour, storm door was broken and would not close, porch light look liked it had been hit by a bat and did not work. Once you get inside expect a narrow and steep flight of stairs to get to the main level of the house. The actual was nicely remodeled, individual room A/C units kept the space comfortable, even in the summer heat. Spaces were clean and basic supplies and amenities were provided. A few things to note:—the...

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The home is very clean and comfortable. It is in a great location within walking distance to stores and restaurants. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend this place!」

「We had a wonderful stay at this property during out teen leadership trip. The location was convenient for our group, with easy access to public transportation and local restaurants. The home was clean and spacious and easily accommodated our group of 17. Check in and communication with the host were smooth and straightforward throughout the process. This was a meaningful and memorable trip for our young leaders, and having a reliable and comfortable home base made all the difference. Thank you.」

「Highly recommended」

「My guest and I all received tickets on our cars while getting ready to check out. I contacted the host and was told he would correct this. There were clothes from previous guest left in the bedrooms. The oven rack was broken and dropped as we were trying to cook our food. We had no towels or wash clothes and had to wash and dry them so we could take showers. The dirty wash clothes and towels were all in the laundry room. The mop was broken to mop anything up and smelled. I paid extra to get in...

「Is perfect」

「Fantastic day! Highly recommend staying there. The host was fantastic and very personable, helpful, and available! It was very clean well appointed in a great spot. There are three flights of stairs but being in our mid 60s, we were able to do it! Don’t let that stop you from staying there. Great location to get on the bus to go to New York City! Very convenient and safe highly recommend staying there.」
