“The house itself was great. I had a group of 22 adults. The house gave us plenty of space for everyone. All couples had big enough beds, the back yard was amazing and we never felt cramped. To be this glose to NYC was perfect. We took the ferry from Hoboken into the city and it was easy to uber back late night. My only complaint was the lack of info on parking. I had to ask multiple times for details. First, I was told I would get the info 3 days prior to check in. When i hadnt recieved it, I……

“The parking rules should be states before renting this unit. You are allowed 1 car but can reserve the house up to 10 people. Normally cars do not carry 10 people. Therefore common sense would dictate we may have more than one vehicle. I was told there would be parking outside and there was not. We parked about a mile away from the house and had to walk back.I was not given the code to the door or instructions on time. The beds are harder than the pavement outside. “The location of the flat worked very well for us, and because we were out most of the time, it ultimately suited our needs. However, the apartment did not fully meet the standard advertised on Vrbo. The walls were stained in many places, some areas including parts of the hallway were visibly worn, the kitchen has seen better times, and the cleaning was not top-notch. In addition, the broadband was not working initially, and we had to ask the host for an alternative, which he kindly provided.……
