「Upon checking in we noticed ants in room along with brown smear stains on side of bed and near toilet paper holder. When we came back from dinner police and an ambulance were there. A fight had broken out and they were searching a car pulling out medicine bottles and such. I was nervous to stay with my 5 year old. I went to office and no one was there lights off door locked. The next day I explained how it wasn’t safe and they offered no help and were completely unaware of what had transpired....

「The captains cottage was a super nice place with great staff and close to a great restaurant and bar. My wife and I enjoyed our stay!!!!」

「Window darkening drapes from the 1970’s, rod hooks were broken so the drapes didn’t close all the way. Box air conditioner light “replace filter” was on…wondering for how long? Threadbare towels, “body cleansing bar” the size of a half dollar. Bedspreads from the Brady boys’ bedrooms, yikes. The tackiness and run down appearance of this hotel has gone from slightly endearing to likely my last time staying there.
