MAGNIFICENT HOUSE BETWEEN VINEYARDS, RIVER AND SEA WITH 8X4 SWIMMING POOL

"Après 15 jours passés dans cette magnifique maison, nous pouvons dire que nous nous sommes sentis… comme chez nous ! La maison est grande, belle, chaleureuse, et surtout, elle ne ressemble absolument pas à une location de vacances impersonnelle type Airbnb. On s’y sent vraiment bien dès que l’on arrive. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la maison est pleine de charme et tout est fait pour qu’on s’y sente comme à la maison.Et puis il y a Christine… Une hôte d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours aux petits soins et pleine de bonnes attentions. Elle nous a conseillé plein de choses et nous a notamment fait découvrir le restaurant de son cousin, le Domaine des Fées, où nous sommes allés… deux fois ! Un vrai délice !Et impossible de ne pas parler du vin du papa de Christine : un véritable régal ! Nous avons tellement apprécié que nous sommes repartis avec quelques caisses …Merci encore à Christine pour cet accueil si chaleureux et toutes ses petites attentions. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !Et à vous qui lisez ce commentaire : n’hésitez surtout pas à venir chez Christine ! Vous y serez vraiment comme à la maison, dans une grande et belle maison, avec une hôte adorable."

"Le domaine est magnifique.Logement très spacieux avec un exceptionnel panorama.Un endroit très calme.Une plancha, une très belle piscine chauffée, un espace jeux pour les enfants, un terrain de pétanque et la climatisation est vraiment un plus avec les fortes chaleurs.Logement conforme au descriptif."

"Wunderschöner Aufenthalt – absolute Empfehlung!Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser großzügigen, sehr gepflegten und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienvilla. Das Haus ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern und wirkt in Wirklichkeit sogar noch größer. Besonders der tolle Pool und die überdachte Terrasse laden zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein.Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch sehr praktisch: Supermarkt, Bäckerei und weitere Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Béziers, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und die 9 Schleusen sind schnell erreichbar, ebenso die Strände in etwa 30 Minuten.Delphine und David sind ausgesprochen herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Delphine war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns mit tollen Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Strände und Ausflüge unterstützt.Insgesamt eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit tollen Gastgebern – absolute Empfehlung! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen."

"It’s a house on a private estate. Completely secluded from the world, with an incredibly beautiful view. This is truly what sets this home apart. There’s air conditioning in the living room and kitchen, as well as in the upstairs hallway and one of the four bedrooms. You’ll definitely need a car to stay here. Cessenon is just a 10-minute drive away. There you’ll find a small supermarket and a bakery."

"We enjoyed three weeks at this lovely house in August, 2025. Therese was a pleasure to communicate with from start to finish; the house was very spacious and well decorated, with everything you'd need for a relaxing stay (not least the pool, given the high-30s heat). The village has most of the things you'd need but there's a bigger shop in the next village over, if needed. Beziers super-close (35 mins on bus); river swimming a couple of miles away and the beach within an hour. Would highly recommend."
