We thought the room was lovely at first, but upon close inspection it wasnt cleaned very well. Cobwebs above the toilet, sust, cobwebs in shower room left side on the mirror. Could do with a good spring clean. The r iself was nice but the noise of guests coming in and out to smoke was so distracting. One guest even knocked on our door and run away. The smell of cigarettes was heavily smelt throughout the hallways and this come in under our door so was not pleasant at all. I did complain to reception, the friendly man did offer us room 19 but that was literally opposite our room, so the smell of cigarettes and the noise would have been the same, plus room 19 had no working TV. Therefore the best we could was stay in room 18. We did call for room service on Saturday evening but no one answered the phone.

We booked to stay at this hotel purely for the experience and bath at the end of the bed ect so we arrived at the hotel to be told we don’t have one of these rooms and that we’re on a third floor with a en-suite which you struggle to turn around in has no door on it and is just not suitable for a adult. The room you bang in to one another moving around in there that’s honestly how cramped it is and your door locked internally don’t mean it’s locked we had some one walk in our room at around 2am or gone which petrified my wife and the reception staff were not interested in any of these issues. The only good bit is the bar area in my opinion bar staff friendly but the place felt like it was undergoing some sort of renovation it just didn’t feel finished in spots pool area mainly the money you spend at this place it is no where near worth the money I’m definitely not going to be a returning customer we had a hotel the week before that was amazing for half the money and all staff were amazing. I’m honestly shocked they’ve not refunded me or offered any kind of apology for what we went through. Luke

Room wasn’t cleaned very good. Found an ear plug under pillow and one on floor by curtains. Dust around corners of room. Aircon not working room very hot. No cold water only hot running in bath hand basin dripped water out. Loud bangs before 7am to work men repairing things in pool area. Was not impressed. This unfortunately is the worst review I’ve ever had to do. I hope things can get better for this hotel. Dinner in Thai restaurant was very tasty and cocktails from bar was very good also.
