「This was my third stay over the past eight years and I have to say I love the location and how accessible the hotel is to central Glasgow, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. I was disappointed this time to see how unkempt the gardens and rear parking lot were. Garbage and leaves had never been picked up and gardens full of weeds. The hotel exterior is much in need of repainting and the interior needs a complete refurbishment as the carpets are dirty and stained, the bed was uncomfortable and the...

「No air-con; the provided electrical fan was not working; sound proofing of the room was poor, I could hear the noise from my next room!」

「Great staff, lovely chilled spa area, great stay」

「We've booked a room with 2 double beds for a family trip. The room is just right and the kettle and cups were put next to the bed. The locatio is great. There're lots of cafe and restqurants around. It took about 10 min to wall to the Qeent Street Station and the Central Station.」

「Hotel was excellent for a single night stay. Bar was very nice, but pricey. Breakfast was excellent with plenty choice and excellent menu choices were tasty. Room was adequate, with good WiFi and TV reception. Was a very dark room, but this is part of the hotel vibe, may not be to everyone’s taste」

「Friendly staff and good breakfast!」

「room was nice on the whole, but the lights went off from time to time as they was a motion sensor timer. It means that if you want to lie in bed to read or spend too much time in the toilet, maybe 20 mins, the lights would go off suddenly. In one morning, there was no hot water for shower, but the problem had been fixed when I went back at night. Other than these, the hotel is very conveniently located and clean.」

「I stayed for two nights in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. Iron and iron board were provided. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It will be better if vendoring machine selling drinks is available. Also they forgot to clean my room after the first night, so I give them 4/5.」

「The room is clean. Breakfast is good and staff are friendly and helpful. 」

「The check-in and check-out processes are excellent; hassle free! The room is spacious and clean. Location of the hotel is super convenient.」
