「Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Voldoende zitruimte binnen en buiten. Mooie tuin. Zeer schoon en goede communicatie met eigenaar. Er loopt een drukke weg tussen strand en huis. Parkeren moet op enige afstand van het huis. Maar in en uit laden kan toch direct voor de ingang. Wel rekening houden met flink trappen lopen tussen weg en ingang. Zeer luxe en aangenaam huis. Goed verwarmd en prima faciliteiten.」

「This house in very confusing layout and the electronics for lights, curtains, gates, etc are confusing and difficult to use. The yard is not maintained. Great view of the ocean. This is in a suburban/rural area with no stores or shops near. Only 1/2 of the home was rented to us. b」

It is in a residential area which worked well for us but might be difficult for someone without a car. It is a big house with a lot of unfamiliar appliances, we really would have liked to have someone on property with us at check-in. 「We stayed here for a wedding in San Sebastián. You need a car, but it was beautiful relaxing and safe. My kids swam a lot. Everything was perfect.」

「There is construction pretty close to the property, but it didn’t seem to get too loud. This wouldn’t be good for toddlers, as there are 5 flights of stairs. However, the elevator worked very well. We enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with hot water one morning and the management company responded immediately.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Villa Aresti! It was the perfect base to begin our month long exploration of Spain. Lots of space for a family (or 2). Perfect location for beach access and it was nice to have outdoor space as well. One of the only non-apartment stays we saw in the whole City, which is what we were after. Shots were very helpful and very easy to contact. Would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back again!」

「Situated outside of the city center this place is ideal for those with their own transportation. It is quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. View of countryside from the large balcony is quite lovely. Staff is super-helpful. 」
