"My room was very clean. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was fresh and offered lots of variety. Did not utilize parking, but the hotel is centrally located near various forms of public transportation. We were able to bike, bus, or use the rapid transit quite easily. This hotel is in a great location near many shops and cafes. I highly recommend and hope to return some day!"

"The building is old and expected for the price. There was mold in our room but the linens were all clean and room was as clean as it could be except for that. The Staff was AMAZING!!! They were all so friendly! I would recommend for a quick stay but maybe not with kids as the area is not kid friendly environment."

"close to train station staff welcoming and friendly room clean and bright plenty of lights bathroom had great heated towel rail heating very good in the room did not take breakfast so can't comment had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel when visiting Hamburg good value for money"

"Lovely river view room Fabulous shower Twin beds pushed together to make a double, not ideal. Pillows disappear as soon as you lay on them! "

"All the staff were amazing! I don’t remember the names for everyone - I can’t remember his name but the Argentinian man working those nights was amazing! The bar is 24hrs which I was pleasantly shocked by. Nina was super helpful - had a little issue with the TV & she came & fixed it no problem. Luna was also great on check in! Amazing all around - would recommend! "
