Nestled in the hills of Urgenum, typically Provencal hills, the 130 m2 house is new and very comfortable.
It has four large bedrooms including a master suite 20 m2 with bathroom and WC.
In all there are two bathrooms and 3 toilets.
The living room, dining room has a sofa, television and a large table. This space is large and pleasant.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher. A large picture window opens onto an 80 m2 terrace with outdoor table and barbecue area to enjoy the Mediterranean sun.
The house has a utility room: washing machine.
The house has a 1,200 m2 terraced garden where children will enjoy playing, a swimming pool and its large terrace for sunbathing with views of the hills.
The environment is very calm.
House located a few kilometers from Nïmes, Arles and Avignon, Baux de Provence, Pont du Gard, Saint Rémy de Provence less than 30 minutes by car.
You can also discover the Saintes Maries de la mer beach (55 km).
Ideal location for visiting the most beautiful sites in Provence and Camargue. Take a walk, swim or cycle.

Para repetir. Los anfitriones una gozada
Si acaso, le pondría en el anuncio (que conste que no hemos tenido ningún problema) que hay que cuidar de tres animales. Pero supongo que esto ya está controlado. Por lo demás una auténtica gozada, la ubicación genial. Como primera aproximación de nuestros hijos y parejas sinceramente no ha podido ser mejor. GRACIAS

Perfect vakantiehuis met heerlijk zwembad en goede locatie dicht bij allerlei mooie plaatsen om te bezoeken. Fijne communicatie met eigenaar huis. Alle ingrediënten voor een mooie vakantie.

Belle maison avec jolie piscine près du Pont du Gard
Maison très agréable avec un beau jardin dans un quartier calme de la ville. La piscine est située sur une pente et offre une belle vue. Particulièrement recommandé pour les familles avec enfants à partir de l'âge scolaire.
Hôtes très sympathiques.
Beaucoup d'activités et d'excursions possibles dans les environs et dans la région (Arles, Nîmes, Avignon, Pont du Gard, etc.).
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour.

une très belle location
La maison est très belle, spacieuse, équipée, très confortable... belle terrasse avec barbecue, piscine suffisante pour se baigner, se reposer sous les pins, nager, se rafraichir et bronzer :). Les hôtes sont d'une rare qualité, sympathiques, accueillants. De plus, l'emplacement entre Avignon, Arles et Nîmes en fait un lieu extra pour se balader et visiter. Mein schönster Familienurlaub
Das Haus, der Pool, die Lage ist einfach wunderschön und alles sehr sauber. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Meine nicht verhandenen französisch Kenntnisse stellten kein Problem dar, da der Hausherr hervorragend englisch spricht. Das Haus ist Tip Top teilweise klimatisiert. Ein wunderschöner Pool und ein sehr große Terrasse laden zum Entspannen ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Carrefoure. MC Donald, Tankstelle in der Nähe). Wlan funktioniert einwandfrei. Von Beaucaire aus gelangt man zu allem Sehenswürdigkeiten, also Top Lage. Meer, Avignon, Gordes, Pon du Gard, Arles usw. alles kein Problem.
2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder geben die volle Punktzahl. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sagen Danke und empfehlen dieses Objekt sehr gerne weiter.

Séjour top !
La maison et le jardin sont très agréables et les propriétaires nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux.
Séjour à réserver sans aucune hésitation !
De plus, la région est riche de sites incroyables. Impossible de tout voir en une semaine !

Bon séjour
Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances dans la résidence de la famille Marandai. Elle se situe à la sortie de Beaucaire, dans un ensemble résidentiel et correspond absolument aux photos sur le site et est extrêmement propre. Les propriétaires ont été arrangeants sur l'heure d'arrivée, ce qui est appréciable.
Seul petit bémol, mais je pense que cela peut être facilement résolu, l'impossibilité pour l'instant d'avoir le ménage en option.
Sinon nous avons passé une bonne semaine de vacances dans cette région qui regorge d'activités.

Famille avec 3 enfants (12, 12 et 14 ans)
Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines - Maison agréable, "comme à la maison"! - Piscine très appréciée par les ados et les parents. Belle situation, au calme. À la frontière entre le Languedoc et la Provence permettant ainsi des destinations variées.

Merci à Geraldine et Guillaume pour leur acceuil nous avons passé une très belle semaine à 8 personnes la maison est spatieuse chacun peu y trouver son intimité la piscine est très agréable et bonne situation pour visiter la Provence...
