The room was clean but needed some TLC. The floor was sticky and bathroom needed attention. Poor water pressure in the shower and toilet didn't flush well.

From the start, the Police were there when we checked in and then came SWAT...this is true. The front door latch did not work properly. There was no notice on the back of the door as far as evacuation routes, check out time, etc. The bed was hard as a rock and there weren't any real pillows, just couch throw pillows. The a/c unit was as loud as a car engine. The toilet roll dispenser was broke, so the roll was on one of the ends that was left. The only good thing was the TV worked.

Staff was very pleasant and the room was decently cleaned. I did have a smoking room and it was very strong. A deeper clean for the room is recommended. Also my keys demagnetized which was frustrating but easily fixed. Air conditioner was decent but I do feel it needs to be upgraded as it didn’t cool the room but it made it comfortable.
