Walk in and the room smells like mold. They would not change me into another room. Had to put my own blankets on the bed because me and my husband got bites from bed bugs, and they will not refund, so we had to stay. So not recommend this hotel at all.

THE WORST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst ever!!! Only one person seemed to worked the whole hotel. Got there 10 mins 3 and wasn’t able to check in. Asked for first floor, wasn’t able to get first floor get the room the key doesn’t work. Had to go back to the front desk to get a new key get in the room holes are in the blankets. The pillows are dirty. The toilet in the bathroom is dirty. The shower curtains are dirty. The couch is filthy and it looks like cats or dogs have been laying on it where they scratched the furniture up. It was just something that should not even been in a hotel room. It should’ve been on the side of the Road did not have a good night because sleep slept on towels, which I was unsure even sleep on, but the bed was so nasty. I just had to sleep somewhere so I put towels under me just to sleep the worst night ever never ever will return to this hotel again . I’ve stayed at other hotels and they weren’t all that good but they were decent enough for me to at least sleep in a bed again never ever will. I return to this hotel again it needs to be closed. I don’t understand how they are even open to operate to rent out rooms the way they rent the rooms out.

America’s Best Inn. Nasty. Do not recommend.

That place is nasty. Lots of roaches. Smells awful. Do not bring your kids to that place. “America’s Best Inn”!? They not even Americans

The pictures on the website are misleading. The front desk, which I can describe as the front desk, is not organized. They are not well-versed on any kind of service in and around Beaufort. Sad, very sad. That what's you get from paying a low cost room in a dirty "hotel". Never again will I do that.

The first room they gave us looked like a muddy dog had run through it. The second room smelled way less like a brothel. It was tolerable but definitely not good.

The room was clean and average size. The bathroom was recently re-tiled. Cable TV had a very limited choice of channels. The check in area was very cluttered. We stayed for 2 days for our grandsons graduation at Parris Island. It was about half the price of other nearby motels, for the price it was great.

This property needs to be inspected by the Health Department of Beaufort, shut down temporarily, renovated and then reopened and held to ordinances and guidelines. The room presented to us upon our arrival (which was reserved and paid for online in advance) was unbelievably ridiculous!!!

You don’t know what your room will look like until after you pay. The total room was very dirty., Broken dresser. Bathroom floor was not mopped, disgusting, and toilet was not clean very rusty. Just overall was unfit to stay in there not even for a homeless person. Complain to cashier and he saw nothing wrong with the room after checking it out. Also, we only had two towels and he gave us a hard time. Just getting another towel and washcloth. Mirrors had smeared finger prints. TV was so dirty. I just can’t believe they can’t give me my money back. He refused.
