Aankomst: handig om sms te krijgen met de code van het kastje waar de sleutel veilig zat opgeborgen. Accommodatie: mooi en proper huis, alle benodigdheden aanwezig. Bovendien snelle interventie van de eigenaar (tevens buurman) bij defect van dvd-speler en wasmachine. Omgeving: in dorp Beaufort zelf is niets te zien. Het meer in Homps en het stadje Minerve zijn de moeite waard. 50-tal minuten rijden tot Carcassonne of de kust (Narbonne-Plage is een mooi strand).

De aankomst was perfect geregeld met het sleutelkastje en sms met de code. Alles was goed geregeld en de foto’s op de website kwamen 100% overeen met een fantastisch uitzicht. De buurman en eigenaar van het huis is echt een topper. Misschien komt het ook wel doordat hij wijnboer is en de wijnproeverij elke woensdag een succes was. Enige tip is dat een airco wel fijn zou zijn hoewel het huis van zichzelf al koel is.

De gehele vakantie is super goed meegevallen. Het huisje voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Ruime slaapkamers, volledig ingerichte keuken met voldoende materiaal aanwezig. Leuk zwembad met veiligheidssysteem voor de kinderen. Het huis ligt heel afgelegen. Je hebt altijd een wagen nodig om boodschappen te doen.
