"We enjoyed our stay overall. The place was clean and quiet at night, the swimming pools were good. The accom was clean and facilities provided were good (incl cleaning kit). "This is NOT a hotel! The front desk explained that it is a condo rental. That means you do not get any cleaning, even with a8 night stay. And you get 1 bath towel, nothing else. No replacement towels, and no hand towel or washcloths. And you get 1 roll of toilet paper, then you have to buy it yourself. Having said that, the front desk staff was very helpful, when they were present. And it is only 1 block to the beach. If you have a larger rental car, beware of the enclosed parking spaces...

"This is a great house to base yourself and to explore the local area. It has everything you need. And ideally you can park your car inside the gates for safety, I found this very important as I was travelling by car from Ireland and I wanted the car safe. The rental management company was helpful and arrived early for my departure which allowed me to hit the road early. Thank you for a lovely stay. Jennifer"

"On nous informe que les animaux sont acceptés mais on nous dit pas le tarif . A l arrivée on joue l honnêteté en indiquant que nous avons un chien et la on nous annonce une somme de vingt cinq euros par nuit pour le nettoyage due au chien . Le chien coûte plus cher que l adulte alors qu il ne consommera qu un litre d eau par jour . Honteux de se faire de l argent sur les animaux. Soyez malhonnête et ne dites pas que vous avez un animal ."

"Great location, very quiet and so well equipped. Everything you need, apart from a washing machine. Beds were comfortable and we had no issue. Easy to get to. I was surprised there was no communication as to what to do with the keys on check out day despite sending a text to the owner. We ended up leaving them in the secure box where we found them on arrival. All in all, a very enjoyable part of our holiday"

"A very popular hotel for sure with spacious rooms, great Wifi, and a lovely pool, jacuzzi, sun lounger area. The reception and staff were excellent and this hotel deserves its high review rating. Plenty of secure parking which is a must for me. There is a restaurant on site for continental breakfast and main meals but we did not use so not able to rate. The location means transport is required but it should be mentioned there are excellent cycle paths adjacent to the road. "

"When we arrived we were greeted by a happy, smiling member of staff who promptly checked us in and then proceeded to inform us about the hotel's various facilities and where to go in Les Sables d'Olonne. The hotel itself was only about a year old at the time of our visit and was well maintained. We have nothing negative to say about The Hotel Vertime!"

"Well located. Room is basic but shower is good. Generally clean. Lacking a safe, mini fridge or rubbish bin in the main room (only a small bin in bathroom). Decoration also basic but true to the pictures of the room. Private parking is good, but limited space. Overall a good stay - this hotel will provide what is needed for a basic stay, but is lacking some fundamental features which would be expected at the price point."

"6 adults ranging from 19 years to 60 years.Lots to do and a freat property. Only downside for us was the lacknof air conditioning despite the listing saying it was there. However the blinds helped regulate the heat"
