The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was not good so we didn't eat there after the first day. They didn't provide room maintenance until the end of the 2nd day. Seemed overpriced and had a very small tv in the room as well.

There was a lot of construction going on inside and out. They are pet friendly but wanted $75 for our small 10 pound nonbarking dog to stay there.

The room was large and comfortable. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. There was an extra blanket in the closet which was helpful.

First off, on our way to the hotel, we were informed they had low water pressure so it would be impossible to take a shower. By the morning there was no water whatsoever nor was there an estimate of when they would have running water. Apparently they knew there was a blockage in the pipes. We were told they didn’t start working on the pipes until 2am, you would think a hotel that was almost at full capacity would take care of the pipes asap. We had booked the hotel through Expedia. Expedia attempted for almost 48 hours to try to get us a refund, which the hotel management would agree to. They knew due to a water outage they would be getting bad reviews, you’d think they do something to compensate for the inconvenience this would cause for their guests

We had several issues with the room and hotel. Strong fumes were in the reception area due to renovations; I could not even walk by the front desk due to the fumes making me feel ill. Receptionists were not visible at the front desk most of the time. Night stand light not working, phone in room not working, toilet paper holder was broken, and we did not have much soap.
Manager lied about the pet fee and then charged us more after he saw our negative review.
