Welcome to The World Adventure in the gated community of Aspen Crest. Look at the photos and see what true ski-in, ski-out luxury in Utah can be! No crossing streets or walking through parking lots here. Literally ski right onto the front porch!

Please plan to have a 4x4 almost always during ski season. There is a 2 car garage plus plenty of outdooor parking on the plowed driveway area.

This new construction home finished in December 2024 has 4 bedrooms (one is an open loft bunk room) and 3 full bathrooms along with 2 half bathrooms. This is an award winning Utah Valley Parade of Homes floor plan. This listing is for entire home minus basement apartment.

Each suite is themed after a different continent. There is space to sleep 23 comfortably in quality mattresses. Many of the suites will easily fit a pack-n-play (bring your own) in the closet for your little ones as well. Professional chef-style kitchen offers multiple cooking options, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, and a Blackstone BBQ on the deck. Also enough place settings for everyone on the reservation. Kitchen is also equipped with microwaves, Keurig coffee maker, Crock Pot, and various cookware. 1 simple high chair on site.

There is a Yamaha Piano and plenty of games to keep everyone busy around the fireplace. Multiple dining, living, gathering, and play areas to enjoy being together when desired but quiet to sleep when you need some shut-eye! Plenty of hooks and cubbies for ski gear.
