The neighborhood took a little getting used to but no one bothered us and the central location was hard to beat for access to Lima and surrounding schools. The place itself and William’s excellent communication made it worth the stay. Top marks for William as a host and for how well-laid-out this cozy unit was. 「You get what you pay for. Barebones basics covered but we usually want more from our accommodations. Still the price was right. Floors could have been cleaner and top sheets would have been nice. 「Upon arrival we fell in love right away with the property, neighborhood and quaintness of the area. We were a little disappointed in the size of the room as we were in Rm 1. Great that we didn't have to make the stairs though. Loved everything about our stay and the quietness of the neighborhood. Enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the front porch. All in all it was a great stay. Enjoyed all the text messages upon arrival up until leaving. Very personal and informative. We will definitely be back....
