Great location, great service

You’ll love this location. The condo is bigger than it appears. Right on the hill near market, village centre, restaurants and lifts. The host i, Vacasa, was super helpful and quick to respond. Enjoy!

Great and beautiful stay. Very nice weekend. I’d stay here again for my next visit to Big White. Very clean, great parking. Blankets and towels provided, kitchen was stocked. Restful and quiet.

Well-equipped condo

This condo has been very nicely renovated. The kitchen is wonderfully well-equipped. It would be nice to have an electric fireplace. Common area amenties include a hot tub, dry sauna, foozball and ping-pong (which comes with the added challenge of missing a few chunks of tabletop but still fun).

Not entirely as advertised. Cleaning supplies were all over the apartment when we arrived, including filled garbage and laundry bags. There is no in suite laundry, only a shared coin operated room with no messaging from the host about it and the price. Also no hot tub for the unit. Unclear parking instructions as well, with property management providing mixed information about covered parking and no parking pass available. Big White is a great place and the apartment was nice but the condition and service made for a subpar experience.
