Set in a quiet location, this single storey property is an ideal base from which to enjoy both Suffolk and Norfolk’s many attractions.. 2 steps to entrance.
All on the Ground Floor:
Open plan living space.
Living area: 22" Freeview TV, DVD Player, DVDs
Dining area: French Doors To Garden
Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher
Conservatory.
Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels. Welcome pack. Small enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Commanding glorious countryside views on the fringes of this quiet village, this beautifully converted, single storey property offers comfortable holiday accommodation whatever the season. Only 1 mile from an award-winning pub, this property is a haven in which to relax and unwind in. The quiet country lanes are ideal for walking and cycling, and property is ideally placed to explore the many delights of Norfolk and Suffolk. The market town of Beccles, with its river, pubs, restaurants, delightful shops and station, is just 3 miles. Lowestoft with its sandy beach and promenade, Oulton Broad with its Thursday night speed boat racing, Southwold, famous for its beer and summer theatre, Sutton Hoo (National Trust), Africa Alive and Fritton Countryworld are all within a short drive. The medieval city of Norwich, with its castle, cathedral and fine shopping, is 21 miles. Perfect for bird watching, the RSPB Mimsmere is approximately 20 miles away. Beach 5 miles. Shop and restaurant 3 miles, pub 1 mile.
The conservatory is not heated and not suitable for winter use.
Electric vehicle charging is not permitted at the property.
