「Lovely modern, clean and d contemporary hotel. We had a great spacious family apartment which was very comfortable with a decent size balcony, The pool was fantastic, and has an in incredible view over the bay. The complementary breakfast was also great, with lots of choice in a fantastic setting. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is the access to the hotel - which is though a rabbit warren of narrow, potholed steep roads - which made leaving the hotel a real stress. I can't see...

「Dragan was very caring and communicative. When my flight was canceled, they kept and extended my reservation free of charge. 「Palma Apartments is located on scenic route 3, a short 10 minute walk into Old Town Kotor, its City Walls and ramparts. A very nice promenade along the Bay of Kotor is nearby. My studio apartment had a wonderful balcony view of the Bay of Kotor and the surrounding mountains. Peter is a wonderful host/manager and will provide you with helpful information and advice.」

「The guy is a jerk. Clever fox. Very disappointing. Donot know why hotels.com accept that . After travelling from other country when we reached to contessa appartment the guy said our booking date changed.we paid for the, went to a badly located apartment, with luggage and guy is saying date change. In system its showing our date booking as hotel.com but in person he is saying no room. He didnt allow us to enter. Tried to communicate with hotel.com but their customer service is also...

「DO NOT BOOK! Hotel is closed down. I’m writing this to ensure that no one else books this place, as Hotels.com has so far refused to pull this listing. The hotel does not exist. I spent nearly 3 hrs in the dark trying to find this place. Eventually, I did find the address, only to be yelled at in Serbian by a poor woman who now owns this as her home. If you book, you will be stranded. 」

「I had a 2 bedroom apartment. It was much larger than the pictures or videos made it seem. Unobstructed ocean views and when the doors are open you can hear the waves. Very nicely equipped and centrally located. The parking garage was great too with ample space, which isn’t common in this area. 」

「Sehr freundlich und entgegenkommendes Personal, Hotel war sauber und ruhig. Frühstück immer gleich aber in Ordnung. Lage ist etwas am Berg, war für uns persönlich störend, weil immer alles zu Fuss erledigt werden muss. Aber mit Taxi (nur Hallo Taxi benutzen, die anderen sind zu teuer) war gut. Für nur Frühstück ist aber Hotel in der Klasse einfach zu teuer」
