We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf! Het huisje was mooi, comfortabel en voorzien van alles wat we nodig hadden. De tuin bood veel ruimte en privacy dankzij de omheining en bomen rondom. De ligging was ideaal, tussen Orange en Avignon, waardoor we gemakkelijk de prachtige omgeving konden verkennen. De eigenaren waren ontzettend vriendelijk en attent. Bij aankomst werden we verrast met een heerlijke maaltijd: Franse stokbroden, kaasjes, wijn en een taart. De wifi werkte niet goed, maar dat hebben we aangegeven en ze zouden het nakijken. De eigenaren spreken alleen Frans, maar ook met ons beperkte Frans lukte het om goed te communiceren — vertaalapps bleken daarbij erg handig! Wat ons betreft een aanrader, zeker voor een gezin met kinderen.

Kleine vakantiewoning, maar doordacht en compleet ingericht. Mooie grote schaduwrijke tuin. Gastvrije eigenaren die bij aankomst voor gevulde koelkast zorgden en direct reageerden op vragen van onze kant. Maar verder hielden zij zich afzijdig zodat je alle privacy hebt. Gunstige ligging voor bezoek aan steden als Orange en Avignon, nadeel daarvan is dat de autoroute wel duidelijk hoorbaar is.

Dream house in a dream garden!

The house is very well-equipped, tastefully furnished and clean. You couldn't wish for more. The terrace, which looks out onto the huge garden, is an absolute highlight. Jean and Jany are wonderful people. Friendly and helpful without being at all intrusive. Upon arrival the fridge was stocked with fresh essentials and even a meal cooked by Jany. She'a a great cook. The house is well-situated for visits to Orange, Avignon and Chateau Neuf du Pape. The nearby lake at Monteaux is good for swimming, too (don't believe the negative reviews). One star less for the location, as you can faintly hear the sound of traffic from the terrace, however the noise of the cicadas drowns that out anyway! All is all, one of the best holidays we've had and we hope to come back again.

C'est avec le chant des cigales que nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Merci à Jany et Jean pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Jany avait cuisiné un gratin d'aubergine, un régal ! Très appréciable !
