With 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed, our awesome property offers comfortable accommodations for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, and heating during your visit. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your vacation one to remember. River access on property to use for swimming or use the provided kayaks (2) for an enjoyable float down the river. Coffee Pot, Toaster, Waffle Maker, Air Fryer, Pressure Cooker, Fully Stocked Kitchen Essentials, Outdoor Propane Grill, Fishing Rods and Tackle available, Outdoor Toys, Cornhole Boards, Bikes, Family Games and Puzzles. SMORES BAR INCLUDED TO ENJOY AT THE CAMPFIRE. Firewood is provided. Close to downtown Bedford. Enjoy events like Fall Foliage, Bedford Speedway at the Fairgrounds, and Bedford County Fair. Weekday Getaway

My husband and I along with our newborn recently stayed at chads place. We stayed for two nights and had an amaziing time spending a few days away from home. The cottage had everything you would need and more. Perfect location to downtown Bedford and Shawnee state park. My husband and I loved fishing right on the property and relaxing at the campfire at night! We can’t wait to plan our next trip and be able to utilize the bikes and kayaks! Chads cottage has everything you need. We literally could have packed a few pairs of clothes and that’s all we would have needed to bring with us. They provided the rest! The attention to detail and communication was above and beyond what we expected! I would give this 6 stars if I could! We look forward to returning this fall with the whole family!

Very cozy

This little cottage has everything you need. Very clean & comfortable. Chad is a very welcoming host. I would highly recommend staying here.

WE couldn't stay there because they sprayed bug spray and I was only inside 10 minuyes and could not breathe been short of breathe every since that happened. we should get our money back for not staying there.

2nd weekend of Bedford Fall Foliage

This little cottage is absolutely THE BEST! Cozy. Well appointed. Beautiful back yard. EVERYTHING you need for cooking meals. COMFORTABLE beds and pillows and the linens are quite nice. Just...amazing. Highly recommend!
