「Our stay was great! I did not realize this is attached to the main house which is also rented. It was all good though. We didn’t hear the other guest while we were there. Owners were very responsive when we had WiFi issue and came out and solved it right away. Would recommend staying here. 」

「The fan was not working in our bedroom, I sent a message about it on day one, crickets. No response. There was a water leak coming out of the hardwood floor, I sent a message, cricket. No response or attempt to repair it.We saw and reported several roaches in the kitchen area. No response to that either.Cat litter and cat poop dumped from the previous tenants. Right in the middle of the driveway, I reported it to them, no response. Overall, communication was very poor. Not to mention the items...

「When we arrived we were unable to access the studio with our code. We reached out to the host and they quickly corrected it. This was appreciated. Upon entering the property we noticed that it did not match the pictures (nor amenities) listed online. It was newly renovated. Aesthetically it was nice, however there were issues. Following are some; no hair dryer or iron/iron board, BR lamp had no light bulb it, clock on kitchen counter was broken and had no battery in it, there were no kitchen...

「Nice enough place that was priced right. I only stayed one night. The host happened to be there on site when I arrived and was responsive to a minor cleaning issues. The mattress is very firm. But the place was quiet and I slept well enough. I didn’t use anything in the kitchen or the washer/dryer. Didn’t use the WiFi. It was a fine and value priced room for a night.」

「The entire apartment unfortunately smelled like urine, extremely potent on the stairs and in one corner of one of the bedrooms. Clumps of hair on the floor of the bathroom. Plenty of space and the beds were clean though. 」
