「Great hotel in an ideal location to get to where you need to. Plenty to do at the hotel with the gym, pool and social areas. The hotel bar is reasonably cheap and you don’t feel like you’re being taken advantage of. The staff were all super helpful with recommendations and tips for the parking. Great transport links to get into town with local buses/bikes. Would highly recommended this place to anyone and if returning to the city, I will certainly rebook.」

「Notre chambre familiale était confortable. En revanche comme précisé dans la commande, nous n'avions pas la vue sur le jardin mais sur le parking minuscule. L'hôtel est propre mais l'insonorisation est médiocre (bruit en continue des voyageurs non respectueux. Un conseil ne pas dormir la fenêtre ouverte sinon vous avez le bruit des trains toute la nuit).」

「Property is in the midst of a building site. The restaurant wasn’t open. Had to take the car out to get food and a drink which meant one of us couldn’t drink. Breakfast was extremely limited in what was offered. Air conditioning in the room was non existent despite us booking a comfort room not a budget one. Probably wouldn’t go back.」

「We’ve stayed at a few pet friendly hotels over the years here as it’s our first stop over en route and this hotel is in a good location, overall clean and tidy . Breakfast is fine although I always think these continental breakfast’s are over priced .」

「The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly...

「The hotel is very close to the bus station and the supermarket. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to Bayonne or Biarritz by bus. The staffs were nice and willing to assist us during our stay. The light in the toilet was not enough but it was not a big problem. It is a budget choice when cheaper rooms in Bayonne and Biarritz are full booking.」

「We are lucky to be upgraded to a very big and comfortable room with beautiful sea view! There are different functional rooms we can visit. They are so great! However, the breakfast has little choice with only bread,cold cut food and fruit. It's better to have some hot food like eggs, sausages.」
