The receptionist assigned me and my colleague to two rooms with disabled bathroom facilities. The overall accommodation experience is not comfortable:
1. The light in bathroom is too white, creating a weird atmosphere.
2. The water tape sometimes kept running automatically at my colleague’s room at midnight even no one approached it.
3. Water would come out from the bathing area easily due to no concrete separation and the weak drainage system.
4. Asked for an iPhone cable at night and in the morning. However, the receptionist replied no inventory as all had been out for guests.
