Nice, clean and friendly hotel near Hamra

Very clean and centrally located hotel near Hamra Street. Considering the current shortages in Beirut, Hotel Napoleon was well equipped, safe and comfortable. Friendly staff who quickly took care of any issues that did arise. I'm definitely returning there.

I stayed in this hotel for about two weeks in order to get some work done in Beirut. It was a wonderful stay in the middle of Hamra Street. Great and helpful staff. thank you all!

Hotel experience

I was surprised when I checked in I found out that the hotel condition is fair but not as it’s described on Hotel.com in the room there was a fridge but not electric kettle with tea and coffee… the worst scenario it was the blackout that occurred 4 in the morning until 6:30 in the morning anyway no big deal it was only one night experience

Hotel don’t have anything. They don’t even provide free water bottle to your room. I asked for glasses, that too they refused saying that Kitchen is closed. Wi-Fi was not working at all!

The room's condition wasn't so good. Water is too salty, and hot water takes 3 minutes to warms up in the pipes to the shower. Air condition isn't updated and need lots of work. Tv remote was broken and didn't work all the times. No microwave or coffee machine in the room.
