Dear Valued Guest, We thank you for your comment following your stay with us and indeed it is our pleasure having you as our valued guest during your stay in our hotel though it is with much regret to know that we were not able to meet your expectations. There are a couple of things that we would like to highlight. With regards to parking service, we have two options: self park with half price or valet service with normal price! Moreover, regarding cancellation policy, as a hotel we are flexible to cancel but you did not reserve directly with us, hence we should follow the policy of the partner you booked with, if you did a non refundable reservation you will loose the money if you cancelled. As for the upgrade, it is an option upon availability. Your comments are well received and will not be taken lightly, we apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused.
